The 2026-2030 UTM Library strategic plan was developed in 2025 and is grounded in the ideas of all UTM librarians and library staff. It also draws on feedback from many faculty and staff; on recommendations from UTML’s 2023-24 external review; and on priorities set across the U of T tri-campus library system.
