The library has phased out the server-based SciFinder Scholar. Now we support the Web-based version only. In order to start using the online version, every user must create a SciFinder login and password. This login and password are NOT the same as an utorID and password. Rather, they are both generated by the user during a registration process that he or she must complete at a computer with a UofT IP address connecting to the Internet through a wired-in (NOT wireless) connection. Any workstation in the library or at a campus computer lab will work.
