By default, all Blackboard courses are unavailable to students when they are first created. This means that although you can see and build your course website, students can't see anything. This is to allow you some time and privacy while building your course. We recommend that you make your course available as soon as possible, but no later than the first day your class meets.
To Make Your Course Available to Students
- In the Control Panel click Customization, then select Properties;
- On the next page, click Yes beside Make Course Available;
- Click Submit.
