How to Add a Librarian to your Course

Add a Librarian using UT Manage Users

Adding a librarian is like adding a TA, but assigning them a different role. 

  • In the Control Panel, click Course Tools then select UT Manage Users
  • In the search field enter the librarian's UTORid and click Go
  • Click on the drop down menu next to Add Role and select Course Builder, then click the Add button.

Adding your librarian as a course builder will give them access to add content to your course, but they will not be able to see the grade center.
