You are invited to attend the upcoming UTM OUCI (Online Undergraduate Course Initiative) Round Table. Come out and learn more about the progress to date regarding 3 UTM online course initiatives including:
Shafique Virani’s RLG 299/399/499 course that uses a “journey” metaphor to engage student involvement, sharing, and collaboration through strategies such as “travelogue” journals.
Barb Murck and Monika Havelka’s course, ENV100, which includes a variety of video-based teaching strategies, online testing, and other components.
Lee Bailey’s development of CCT226, which includes experimentation with Live Scribe pens and other teaching techniques.
As well, Laurie Harrison, Director of Online Learning Strategies will provide an update regarding current divisional projects from St. George and UTSC.
