Summary

Using social media tools such as Twitter can provide opportunities for unique and engaging interactions that support student learning. Join us for an engaging session where we will explore the ways Twitter has been integrated into class activities here at UTM. In addition to discussing practical ‘how-to’ questions, presenters in this session, from both the sciences and humanities, will discuss some of the challenges and benefits that come with using this type of social media tool. Examples will be provided and discussion will follow.

If you have an accommodation need for this meeting due to a disability, please email Simone Laughton at simone.laughton@utoronto.ca and we will do our best to make appropriate arrangements.

This seminar is co-sponsored by Instructional Technology, UTM Library; InTeGrate group, MCS.
