Course with Multiple (LEC) lecture sections
Sometimes your Blackboard course may have more than one lecture (LEC) sections to which you may need to post the same content for students to access. Instead of posting the same material multiple times, you can use the UT Course Grafter tool to create a new course shell that will contain the student enrollments of all the individual lecture sections. Below is a link with further information on using the UT Course Grafter Tool.

Multiple Tutorial (TUT) and/or Practical (PRA) sections.
Sometimes your course may have Practical or Tutorial sessions that students can enrol in from ROSI and while these are linked to the lecture sessions in ROSI, this information is lost once these sessions arrive as individual course shells in Blackboard. To gain access to these Practical or Tutorial shells, please contact us to manually add you to these course shells in Blackboard. Once you have access to your course shells, you can create groups in your Blackboard lecture shell (single or grafted) so that you and/or you TA can manage your groups from one central location. Below is a link with further information on working with multiple tutorial groups in Blackboard.
