| Part I: Academic and Information Literacy: Transitioning to the Job Market Transitioning successfully from the classroom to the job market requires the use of your academic knowledge and critical thinking skills in new ways that draws on your information and academic literacy. Two one-hour sessions on how to promote and use your academic and information knowledge and studies when starting a new career or entering the job market is the focus of two sessions. After 4 or 5 years of study, this is your strength, what you need to utilize. In addition, you will be introduced to resources at UTM when planning and starting a career. |

| FactSet Intermediate This workshop is designed for students who have completed the FactSet Basics workshop or for students with some experience using FactSet. This workshop will feature some of the advanced functionality in FactSet, including the Excel plug-in and templates. |

| Citation Management A hands-on session during which every participant will create an account in at least one citation manager (EndNote Web, RefWorks, Zotero, or Mendeley). Students will import and edit references from the catalogue and at least one database, then create and format a basic bibliography. Learning outcomes:
