Location: The FLC is located on the Lower Level of the Innovation Complex, in Room L1245 (below the Registrar's office and across from ICUBE's co-working space).
Booking the FLC
While the FLC functions primarily as a drop-in space for users to access our specialized resources and tools, the FLC may accept bookings for courses or other events/programming that meet our priority uses. The FLC will consider all booking requests on a case-by-case basis.
Booking the FLC simply to provide instruction in software that is available elsewhere on campus, will not be considered a priority use.
To request a booking, email the FLC, with the following information:
- First and last name
- Booking on behalf of self or someone else
- Role at the university (student, staff, faculty, librarian, etc.)
- Title of event
- Event type (single or recurring)
- Date of requested booking
- Preferred time (e.g. 2-4pm)
- Course code (if booking is for a class)
- Approximate number of attendees
Booking requests will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
