Fitness Blender: Access hundreds of free workout videos for all difficulty levels. You can also read articles and explore healthy recipes!

UTM Athletics: Explore their website for fitness tips and register for daily workouts via Zoom (UTORid required), or visit them on Instagram and YouTube to view recorded workouts.

Nike Training Club: Download this app for iOS or Android to have a personal, targeted training program in your pocket, no matter your fitness level.
